How to return

The right of withdrawal, regulated by law by the Legislative Decree n. 206 dated 06/09/2005 and the European regulations 2011/83, provides for the right to conclude the purchase contract for any reason with the return of the purchased product and the receipt of the related reimbursement. You may exercise this right only if you are the client-consumer, that is the person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity and therefore does not indicate in the order form a reference to VAT.
To exercise this right, the customer must send communication in the manner indicated below.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened by the consumer.

Please note:

  1. The withdrawal right can’t be exercised by customers who purchase with VAT.
  2. The right of withdrawal can’t be exercised if the seal is opened or when the products are used.
  3. The withdrawal can’t be exercised in case of absence of the original package  or of other items delivered with the product.
  4. It is not possible to exercise right of withdrawal only on a part of the purchased product.
  5. The withdrawal can’t be exercised for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

In case of withdrawal, the customer is required to pay the costs of shipping the goods.


Procedures for withdrawal

  1. Within 14 working days from the delivery date of the goods, the consumer must send a notice by e-mail/post/fax with a return receipt to:

  2. Once  has received the communication of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the company's Customer Service will contact the consumer via email to accept the request and confirm the possible shipment of the parcel.
  3. The goods must be carefully packed to prevent damage during the shipment. The original packaging must be used and the product must be complete of all its original content. We suggest to ship by an assured courier.
  4. The customer must take care of the shipment within 14 days from the withdrawal acceptance by Shipping costs are client’s charge, who has also the responsibility of the product during the shipment. In case of loss, theft or else ROLLPLAST SRL reserves the right to charge the client for any product’s damages.
  5. As required by the European legislation 2011/83 will reimburse the consumer within 14 days of receipt of the product, excluding the shipping cost.

In case of damage to the product during the transport, will inform the customer of what happened (within five working days from the receipt of the product in their stores), in order to allow the customer to immediately file a complaint against the carrier and obtain refund of the product value (if insured by the customer).
