Create your account

  1. Click on My Account (in the menu at the top right).
  2. In the left section New customers, click on Create an account.
  3. Enter the personal information requested and your password (twice for confirmation).
  4. The information marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
  5. Click on Send in order to register your account.
  6. You will have access automatically to your private area. In the My Account you can enter the billing address and, if different, the default shipping address.
  7. You will receive an e-mail confirming the account creation.
  8. You will be able to log in (by entering your email and password) by clicking on My Account.

How to order online

  1. Choose from the menu above the category you are interested in
  2. Find the product you want. On the product page you will find detailed images and data sheet. You can check the price and availability.
  3. Choose the size/color/opening type and add the product to the basket. You can choose to make the payment (proceed to checkout) or continue shopping.
  4. Before proceeding to checkout, you can apply a discount code if you hold it, by entering the code and clicking the Apply Coupon.
  5. If you are a registered user, click on Already registered, click here to login. Once you have logged in using your credentials (email and password), check that the displayed data is correct, click back to make changes or proceed to pay.
  6. If you are a new customer, fill out the required information.
  7. Choose the method of payment: credit card or bank transfer. We suggest using the card payment so the order confirmation is instant and the time of order processing is reduced.
  8. Accept the General Terms and Conditions and click on Submit order now.
  9. You will receive an e-mail containing the order confirmation.

Payment methods

If you choose to pay online by credit card through PayPal, you don’t have any additional fees, nor risk anything. In fact, the credit card details are encrypted during the transfer and are managed directly by the payment platform which we rely on.

At no time comes into possession or is EVER familiar with your credit cards data during order/payment nor later.
When making a payment you disclose your card details only to PayPal through a secure connection over https protocol, 256bit encrypted, as defined by PayPal SSL security certificate.

You don’t necessarily need to have a PayPal account, you can pay without any obligation of subscribing to an account. Choosing as a method of payment the Credit Card or PayPal, after clicking on "place order now", you will be redirected to a page of our website where you can enter your credit card data and make the payment or you can enter email and password of your Paypal account if you already have one. For every transaction made by this method you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal. The amount of the order will be charged from your PayPal account or your credit card. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account or to your credit card.

By choosing this payment method, once you submit your order you must do the following:

  1. The bank transfer must be made within 5 working days from the order (under penalty of cancellation of the order);
  2. The reason for the bank transfer must state the number and date of the order, the name and surname of the client;
  3. The bank transfer must be made in favor of:

The bank practice is that the bank transfer is credited to the beneficiary’s account ( the Webstore) not before 1/2 working days from its execution.
The products are delivered to the carrier within 48 working hours from the order’s acceptance, which coincides with the receipt of the transferred amount: the bank transfer period has to be added to the normal delivery time. If you need to place an urgent order, this is not the ideal method of payment, but you should opt for the credit card.


The shipping cost is:

  • € 20,99 /product for destination to France, Spain, Germany, Austria
  • € 30,99 /product for destination to United Kingdom, Belgium, Poland
  • € 50,99 /product for destination to Ulster and Islands (United Kingdom)

Shipments are entrusted to the Italian courier BRT and to its international correspondents.
The ordered goods will be delivered usually within 3-4 working days from the date the carrier collects the goods at our warehouse.

Order Processing Time
Once you have confirmed your order specifying the terms of payment and delivery processes the order and delivers the material to the carrier for shipment to your home. The order is processed within an average of 3-5 working days of receipt. If, as a payment method, you have chosen the bank transfer, the delivery time may be slightly longer because the order will be processed upon receipt of confirmation of accreditation from the bank.

The indicated date may still be subject to change due to organizational and logistical reasons but generally it doesn’t exceed 10 working days.

At any time you can check the status of your orders in the My Account section, Orders. On the courier BRT’s site you can monitor the shipment using the tracking number you will be notified.
Usually, the material that the site allows you to order is ready for delivery or still in high availability. However, it may happen that there be a problem of availability, in this case you will receive an email with details of the scheduled delivery and you will be asked to evaluate together with us the possibility of making a partial delivery of the order. The client, at any time before the order is processed, has the right to change or cancel the order.

For all the delivered products issues a Transport Document containig the data provided by the customer and the relative invoice. For the companies who require an invoice without VAT (for intra-Community trade), the request must be made when the order is placed, indicating the billing information including VAT number and Tax code.  prepares the ordered goods and entrusts them to the carrier in the original packaging (carton boxes) duly closed and bearing Rollplast Srl logo and/or name.

Receipt of order
Upon receipt of the goods we suggest to:

  1. Report to the carrier any damage found on the package before it is opened
  2. Check that the number of packages is as specified on the courier’s letter
  3. Check if the packaging is intact and not altered.
  4. Open the package and check that the content complies with the order 

If there’s evidence of damage to the package, you must write on the courier’s document "AGREE WITH RESERVE" before signing it and, possibly, also indicate the reason. Only then, once you open the package and found damage caused by the transport, you will be reimbursed. 
Any complaints will be accepted only if promptly notified to the carrier when you received the goods, otherwise the goods are considered correctly delivered.
If there’s evidence of damage due to transport, visible without opening the package, please reject the goods without signing any documents.

The correct order is confirmed by through an e-mail containing the copy of the order sent to the email address supplied by the customer.
